Studio
All Studios are 30 square meters with an open plan containing either a double bed or two twin beds, lounge and kitchenette area, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The studios have sea views or pool garden views and are either on the ground floor with a veranda or on the first floor with a balcony. The kitchenette has two electric hobs, cutlery, and crockery for 2 persons and a small fridge. The lounge has a comfortable sofa that turns into a single bed and a flat screen TV. Can comfortably accommodate two adults and up to two adults and one child situated on the sofa bed.

Superior One Bedroom Apartment
All 1-Bedroom apartments are 45 square meters with an open plan lounge kitchen, a separate bedroom containing either a double bed or two twin beds, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The apartments have sea views or side sea views or pool garden views and are either on the ground floor with a veranda or on the first floor with a balcony. The kitchen has ceramic or electric hobs, cutlery, and crockery for 4 persons, a mini fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable sofa that turns into a single bed, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV. Can comfortably accommodate two adults and up to three adults or two adults and up to 2 children situated on the sofa bed.

Superior Two Bedroom Apartment
All 2-Bedroom apartments are 60 square meters with an open plan lounge kitchen, two separate bedrooms one containing a double bed and the second containing two twin beds, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The apartments have side sea views or pool garden views overlooking Polis Chrysochous and the bay and are on the ground floor with a veranda. The kitchen has ceramic or electric hobs, cutlery and crockery for 6 persons, a mini fridge, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable sofa that turns into a single bed, two armchairs and a flat screen TV. Can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and up to 6 persons the additional 2 situated on sofa or camp beds.
